I had started planning my charity fundraiser / 50th party myself, but with so many elements to organise and deadline fast approaching, I realised I needed help, especially with local contacts. I was given Zuza’s details and from the moment we made contact, she took everything on-board and I felt totally reassured that she understood my requirements and would have everything in place on the night.
She went out of her way to keep me updated and get the information she needed from me to pitch the event exactly right. The catering, decorations and entertainment were spot on but more than that, was the seamless work going on in the background, putting presents away, spotting whenever anyone needed anything and all the setting up and clearing away. Zuza and her team have been lovely to work with. She has great attention to detail, and I would highly recommend her services to anyone planning any type of event, large or small, lavish or low key!
Zuza from The Hullabaloo Collective helped organise my husband’s cocktail/birthday party. She was beyond amazing, helpful, creative and resourceful. I had been in bed, ill all week previous to the party and she sorted everything out from flowers, cocktails, glasses and the cutest retro bar for the party room. I've hired her amazing Hulla Bar girls who arrived early for a set-up, kept the drinks flowing all evening, attended my every whim, tidied up at the end and left the house spotless as though nothing had happened. Everything was seamless. Thank you Zuza! I won’t organise another party without your help!!!
It was so nice to hand over the organisation of our dear friends baby shower to Zuza and team, who decorated the living room to perfection, amazing catering, party games, photographer, bump body artist and a qualified pre-natal reflexologist. It was the perfectly executed surprise. Thank you!

Why didn’t I use a party planner before?? Kids parties are always so stressful, and you end up running around setting up, serving and then cleaning up after 2 hours of screaming still ringing in your ears. Never again. Amazing venues dressing, the most amazing 3 tier Frozen cake, balloon arch over the display table. The children were mesmerised walking into a magical winter wonderland with beautiful Elsa waiting to meet and greet everyone. Gorgeous party bags with handmade Elsa wands (no plastic fantastic in sight!). Just the best party ever. Couldn’t do this myself EVER! Thank you Zuza and team.

Wanting a Boho wedding sounded easy to do, but when I tried to put what was in my head into organising it, I didn’t know where to start. Nor did I realise all the logistics this would require. I could never replicate what waited for us when we walked into the tepee and the beautiful set up. The décor, the catering, the flowers, the band, the cake, the photographer, all the little details, made it a truly unforgettable wedding. Thank you! We want to do it again!

I wanted to throw a special party for my wife’s 40th but having no imagination or time to organise everything myself, I found The Hullabaloo Collective. It couldn’t have been simpler really. We met, chatted, Zuza took the brief and the budget and went away to design the perfect night. From the theme based set up (Club Tropicana), bar staff, amazing grazing table, cake and DJ it was all fantastic. My wife was delighted, which gave me loads of brownie points toward never pulling my weight at home (or so I’m told). Highly recommend using this brilliant team.
I was looking for a good party planner who understood how to pull out all the stops and give my daughter the Bar Mitzvah a teen could wish to have. Everything was on point, from the best Israeli caterers, décor, DJ and invites. The kids and the grownups loved it. Just brilliant thank you!
We decided to organise our wedding ourselves with close friends and family. Thought it would be easy to find somewhere after the chapel ceremony for a stand-up reception. As the guest list grew and the date grew closer, so did our anxiety about where to fit 160 guests. We searched and searched for a venue but couldn’t find anything in Mayfair to fit our budget. We were beginning to despair and decided to call in a professional. Best decision we ever made. It took one phone call to arrange a coffee meeting, and two days later Zuza found and negotiate the perfect venue. How? No idea. So happy I came across this capable woman. Thank you!

I wanted to have a 3-course dinner party with a bunch of close friends at our home, for my husband’s birthday and wanted a chef who could come and prepare the food. I came across The Hullabaloo Collective on FB and looked through their website to find that they can send out a chef for exactly that. Their Italian chef Elisabetta took the brief, sourced and prepped all the ingrediencies, and cooked up a feast like no other. Needless to say, there was nothing left over! And I was able to enjoy the evening without being flustered, running back and forth from kitchen to the dining room and enjoy my dinner party like it should be enjoyed. And the kitchen looked spotless afterwards. Marvellous. Highly recommended.
